Mentor / Mentee Program

Would you like to develop your leadership skills as well as help others learn, grow, and improve their skills? The opportunity is here through the ICHEP 2024 mentoring program.

This program is designed to match novice meeting attendees, students, and early career scientists with the experienced ones.

From the mentoring partnership both parties can benefit personally and professionally. It offers an opportunity to share skills, knowledge, and professional experience among scientists from different cultural and scientific backgrounds.

Mentor-mentee pairs will be meticulously matched based on the information provided in the mentoring program registration form, which will be sent to those who have expressed interest in the common ICHEP 2024 registration form. Meetings between mentors and mentees may take place during coffee breaks, meals, and poster sessions. It is recommended mentors attend their mentee’s talks and poster presentations to provide them constructive feedback and advice.
